Delete your account.
You can start permanent account deletion directly in My Collection List.
- Open Account in the app.
- Choose Delete account and review what will be removed.
- Confirm permanent deletion. For a linked Apple account, complete Apple’s authorization prompt.
- Stay connected while deletion finishes. If interrupted, choose Finish deleting account to resume.
What is removed
The deletion process removes your active account and its cloud collections, entries, templates, and private photo files. It revokes linked Apple authorization and removes this account’s journal, photo cache, and recovery files from the iPhone completing deletion.
What to know first
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone in the app.
- Apple subscription billing is separate. Use Cancel subscription in Account to stop future billing through Apple. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Copies on other offline devices may remain locally. Those devices lose account access when they reconnect.
- Service-provider backups, security records, and records required by law may remain according to provider retention requirements. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup.
